When I first started in elearning, I was an absolute sponge. I went to conferences, attended events, hired a mentor and bought several books. But those books aren't cheap and they aren't always available in our local libraries. It's also hard to know which are the best ones to buy on a limited budget. I'd like to encourage organisations like NZATD to set up lending libraries as an added value to members. Let's make a list of all the great books for people who are getting into learning and development, or elearning. I'll start and you add yours in the comments box below. Design for how people learn - Julie Dirksen The Accidental Instructional Designer - Cammy Bean Map it - Cathy Moore
