The world is changing rapidly and we all struggle to keep up. For learning designers, in particular, the massive changes created by generative AI can feel threatening. 

We see this as an impetus for learning designers to upskill in all the areas that AI can't excel, in human analysis and creativity, in complex interactions, in understanding what good learning looks like to humans, and in performance support.

Additionally we can advance by learning how to work WITH these AI tools to their best advantage.

Just as in the industrial age, workers adapted to learning how to use the new machines, we need to adapt to using this new technology in the age of AI.

We plan to help you learn those skills but we need your feedback.

Our goal is to train learning designers on how and when to use AI for learning, and in the other more complex and creative skills which raise human designed elearning above the level of what AI alone can do. This will allow learning designers to stay relevant in the age of AI.
